1. WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?
I work Sundays from 2-4pm for business headshots and every 2nd Friday for Student Headshots. Visit my booking page to view my calendar for available appointments.
2. WHAT IS MY INVESTMENT?
Business Headshots are $350 and Student headshots are $175. A non-refundable 50% deposit is made at the time of booking. The final payment will be made by visa, MasterCard, or debit. At this time I do not accept e-transfer or cash.
3. WHERE IS YOUR STUDIO LOCATED?
I shoot within my own studio AT 324 Larry Uteck Boulevard, Halifax, Suite 609.
4. DO YOU HAVE A GUARANTEE POLICY?
If you are not satisfied with any of your photos after our session together, I'll provide a free headshot within 12 weeks of your photoshoot. Alternatively, you may ask for a refund of 50% of your payment. The other 50% is non-refundable booking fee. If you find at least one image acceptable, the guarantee policy does not apply.
5. DO YOU SHOOT FAMILY PORTRAITS, PETS, AND WEDDINGS?
No. At this time I only shoot headshots.
6. HOW MANY IMAGES CAN I CHOOSE?
You will have between 10-20 images to choose at the end of your headshot. All images are included in your headshot payment, therefore, choose as many as you like.
7. WHAT'S INCLUDED IN MY HEADSHOT PHOTO?
I provide professional retouching to remove blemishes, sunspots and wrinkles or to whiten your teeth if necessary. Your images are also royalty free, meaning you can use them where ever you please. Both Business and Student headshot packages also include 1 wardrobe change.
8. HOW DO I RECEIVE MY PHOTO?
We go over your images at the end of the shoot so you can choose your favourites. Then 48 hours later I'll email you a secure link that allows you to easily download your headshot(s) by clicking the image and then clicking download to your desktop, laptop, tablet or smart phone. If you’re not tech savvy, you can as me to send this secure link to a friend.
9. DO YOU DO CONSULTATIONS FIRST?
No. All relevant information is on my homepage, FAQ page, and contract.
